Virtue Release Schedule

But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

MISSION STATEMENT

To save God's children and those who have strayed from the path of virtue by redirecting them to right thought and action, by impressing our Father's commandments upon them, and by developing effective methods of delivering redemption to them.

VISION

A virtuous Christian nation of strong families and powerful communities, worldwide, working together, in God's name.

OUR COVENANT: THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES

The Citizens of Virtue take the Word of God seriously, and because of this, we do not compromise our values. We know what God intended for the world and His children. We have committed to never deviating from His Truth. We have developed our COVenant—seven guiding principles that serve as the foundation for our ministry, as taught in the Bible and honed through centuries of theological research and documentation. These principles express God's intention for us and guide us toward salvation.

1. The Sanctity of Marriage

We believe that when we stand before God and promise to love, honor, and cherish one another, we are making a sacred vow that is blessed by Him in a way that no other partnership is. When we divorce or abandon our spouses, we're divorcing and abandoning God, and He can no longer assist us in finding our right paths. It is our duty to walk with our families, friends and neighbors on their marriage journeys and do whatever is necessary to help them avoid breaking with God.

2. The Innocence of the Child

We believe that every child is a gift from God and a potential voice that can be lifted in praise of Him. It is a good Christian's duty to ensure that every child receives God's Message and is raised to understand and embrace the virtues He has sanctioned. No child must be left behind in darkness.

3. The Value of Community

We believe that in order for the individual to be strong, the community surrounding him must be strong. When the night is the darkest, our community provides light. By supporting our community—through volunteerism, donations, and recruiting—we're making an investment in our future.

4. The Superiority of Forgiveness

We believe that no one is free of sin, and that we all pay the price for our sins. There is no shame in paying for our sins, only in the sin itself. When we see someone who is suffering, we do not turn away in disgust, but show them the light so they can leave their sin behind. God punishes those who sin, but that punishment isn't always eternal. God knows how to forgive, and we should aspire to do the same.

5. The Glory of Sex

We believe that sex is sacred. When a man and a woman commit to one another for all eternity, their union, blessed as it is by God, lifts their sexual relations to a holy level. Children born of these unions have God's attention from the moment they're born. In today's world, we're surrounded by unwholesome images of sex that can confuse and distract us from what's right. This is not as God intended, but is a work of evil.

6. The Wisdom of Moderation

We believe in moderation in all things. The world is filled with temptations to overspend, overindulge, and overextend. Eating or drinking too much leads to poor health and a reduced ability to be a tool in God's hand. Indebting yourself more than you can handle, handicaps you and keeps you from serving your true purpose. When you purchase more than you need, you're wasting the resources God gave you to fund good works. The economics of the soul demand moderation.

7. The Power of Beginner's Mind

We believe that only God knows everything. We are growing, learning beings, and God is our teacher. We must always approach Him with humble curiosity and interest, taking His Word to heart. We are His children, and as children, it takes a lifetime to fully understand His Truth. We must never assume we know more than God or those who bring His Word to us.
